We continue to be amazed at the quality of fresh fish we received here in land locked Indiana. Take for instance one of our fresh shipments arriving early Thursday morning from the Pacific coast at the Indianapolis Airport, just for us. Fresh Ling Cod, Hawaiian Mahi-mahi, and the last of the great fall Coho Salmon, all caught within 48 hours of landing at our door. Just last Saturday, we received special shipments of pre-ordered Whole Red Snappers at a whopping 10lbs each. Check it out, a really gorgeous piece of fish!
We are getting our first shipment of large Florida Stone Crab Claws this weekend. I hope we never take getting fish this fresh for granted.
