Our handmade Cheese Trays are loaded with Baby Swiss, Co-jack, Colby, and Cheddar Cheeses. All trays come sliced and cubed for your convenience.
Sliced Meat Tray
Our premium Meat Tray consists of Rare roast Beef, Oven Roasted Turkey, Hard Salami, and Sweet Sliced Ham. All trays are fully garnished the Joe’s way!
Veggie Tray
Our handmade Veggie Tray is piled with fresh (local when available) produce. Broccoli, Cauliflower, Grape Tomato, and Baby Carrots are served with our homemade Veggie Dip!
Fruit Tray
A Joe’s Next Door classic for sure! Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Honey Dew, Red Grapes, and Strawberries complete a beautifully garnished tray! Served with our house made Yogurt Dip.
Antipasto Tray
Our Antipasto Trays are loaded with true Prosciutto di Parma, imported Capocollo, and Genoa Salami. Then we add in imported Parmesan, and Montimore cheeses, accompanied by Kalamata and Sicilian Olives. Finally we round out our tray with Peppadew Peppers and garnish it with fresh Cantaloupe! Wow!
Shrimp Tray
Our Shrimp Trays would make Bubba jealous! Cooked jumbo shrimp are placed on a bed of local Butter Lettuce and served with our house made Kickin’ Cocktail Sauce.
Sandwich Tray
Our Sandwich Trays are an all-in-one option for feeding your crew! Sandwich Trays come with ample amounts of Boar’s Head Oven Gold Turkey and Sweet Slice Ham, Boar’s Head Provolone and Baby Swiss cheeses, Boston bib lettuce, Heirloom Tomato slices, sliced Red Onion, House Made pickles, and the right amount of Amelia’s Sliced Sourdough Bread. We include a family style serving of our Gourmet Pasta Salad as a side. Of course we supply the plates, napkins, utensils, mayo and mustard.
