Ingredients

  • 1 lb Joe’s Reserve Ground Lamb
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 burger buns or pita
  • Tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional toppings: red onion, cucumber slices, tomato

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground lamb with garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook burgers for 4–5 minutes per side.
  4. Serve on buns or pita with tzatziki and desired toppings.
