How to Order

Call 317-846-8877 or email us at orders@joesbutchershop.com one day (or sooner) before your desired delivery date. Orders must be received before 2 p.m. the day before your delivery date.

We will need your order to be as specific as possible, including size of cuts and wrapping instructions. The more information you provide us, the more accurate your order will be! We also require your first and last name, phone number, email address (to send you an email confirmation of your order), street address, credit card number and expiration date. We ask you leave a cooler outside next to your front door that is large enough to hold your order.

Delivery Procedure

We start our delivery route at 11 a.m., executing the most efficient route we can within our delivery area. When we arrive to your house we will place your order in your cooler, along with ice packs, to ensure it is secure before we leave. If you do not leave a cooler by your front door, we will ring your doorbell and hand deliver your order to you. If no one answers, we will leave one of our reusable coolers at your door with your items stored inside (there is $4 fee to cover the cost of the cooler). Would you like us to text or email you when we deliver your order? No problem, just let us know when you place your order.

Delivery Fees

$7.50 basic delivery fee

Orders over $100 are $5.00

Orders over $200 are delivered for FREE!

Cooler Fee

$4.00 if our driver must leave a cooler for your order (see conditions above).
