Online menu orders for Joe’s Next Door are non-refundable, and orders will only be held for up to one hour after they are ready for pick-up. If you are not satisfied with your online order experience, our service, or our product please let us know at orders@joesbutchershop.com. Your remedy may include the issue of store credit or a complete refund.
Catering orders require a minimum of 24 hours notice. For groups more than 15 we require 48 hours notice. Please note your delivery address on the form especially if it is different than your billing/credit card address. If you are not satisfied with your online order experience, our catering service, or our product please let us know at orders@joesbutchershop.com.
Online orders for Joe’s Butcher Shop are available 24 hours after submission. Joe’s will hold your paid order for 48 hours past its scheduled pick up time at which point it will be placed in our freezer. Orders not picked up after 1 weeks will be considered abandoned. Online orders for Joe’s freezer packs are for pick-up in store only. Orders are available 48 hours after submission. We will hold freezer pack orders for 72 hours past their due-date.
