  • 4 Joe’s Amish Bone-in Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
