Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets from Joe’s
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Juice of half a lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange tilapia in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  4. Drizzle mixture evenly over the fish.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
