Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 head of garlic, halved
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat chicken dry and rub with oil or butter.
