Ingredients

  • 1 lb Joe’s Prime Steak Grind
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Sliced American cheese
  • Pickles, ketchup, mustard (optional toppings)

Instructions

  1. Divide grind into four loose balls. Don’t pack tightly.
  2. Heat a cast iron pan or griddle on high.
  3. Place beef balls on hot surface and smash flat with a spatula.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes, flip, add cheese, and cook 1–2 more minutes.
  5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
