Ingredients

  • 4 Joe’s Reserve Pork Cutlets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned preferred)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the pork cutlets on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
