Garlic Butter Filet Tips

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Joe’s Reserve Filet Tips
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season filet tips with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over high heat. Add butter and garlic.
  3. Once butter is melted, add filet tips and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh herbs, stir to coat, and serve immediately.
