Grilled Lamb Loin Chops with Garlic and Rosemary

Perfectly grilled lamb loin chops with charred grill marks, garnished with fresh rosemary and served alongside roasted potatoes.

Lamb loin chops are sometimes called the “T-bones” of lamb, thanks to their shape and meaty, tender texture. They’re simple to grill and pack a ton of flavor, especially when marinated with garlic, rosemary, and olive oil. Great for a backyard cookout or a no-fuss dinner with a gourmet feel.
