Grilled Ono with Citrus Herb Marinade

Ono, also known as Wahoo, is a mild, flaky white fish that’s perfect for the grill. This easy citrus herb marinade gives it a bright, fresh flavor that works well for summer dinners or light meals year-round. It’s quick to prepare and even quicker to devour!

Ingredients

  • 4 Ono fillets from Joe’s
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest and juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place Ono fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high and oil the grates.
  4. Grill Ono for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily.
  5. Serve with extra lemon wedges and your favorite grilled vegetables.
