The warm lighting highlights the savory glaze and seasoning, emphasizing the rich, smoky flavor of this hearty dish.

If you like sweet and savory flavors with a little kick, these bourbon Dijon glazed pork chops are a great choice. The glaze combines Dijon mustard, brown sugar, bourbon, steak sauce, and honey for a rich, tangy, and slightly smoky taste. The pork chops are marinated, baked, and coated in a reduced glaze that adds just the right amount of flavor without overpowering the meat. Serve them with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a crisp salad for an easy, satisfying meal.
