Ingredients

  • 4-5 pounds pork loin roast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
