Ingredients

  • 4 Joe’s Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Pat chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
