Pan-Seared Halibut with Garlic White Wine Sauce

Pan-seared halibut fillet topped with artichokes and served in a garlic white wine sauce with asparagus and lemon on the side.

Joe’s Halibut is a lean, mild-flavored white fish that’s perfect for pan-searing. It cooks quickly and pairs beautifully with a buttery garlic white wine sauce. This recipe is simple enough for a weeknight but elegant enough for date night.
