Pan-Seared Red Snapper with Lemon Butter Sauce

A fillet of pan-seared red snapper with golden skin, topped with lemon butter sauce and capers, served on a dark plate.

Red snapper is a favorite for its flaky texture and mild, sweet flavor. This pan-seared version gets a bright boost from a quick lemon butter sauce that brings out the natural flavor of the fish. It’s easy enough for a weeknight but impressive enough for guests.
