Veal Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Two large veal meatballs simmered in a rich tomato sauce, served in a cast iron skillet with a slice of cheesy garlic bread on the side.

Ground veal makes incredibly tender meatballs with a mild, slightly sweet flavor. This recipe keeps things simple with classic Italian seasoning and a rich tomato sauce for serving. Serve over spaghetti or tuck into a hoagie roll for a killer meatball sub.
